BOOKING CONDITIONS.

1. Booking Conditions

The booking of the holiday property described in this web site is a legally binding agreement for hiring the property for a specified period. This agreement is between you (the hirer) and the property owners 'V. P. & J. M. Jones'.

2.1 - The person who signs the agreement certifies by doing so that he/she has the authority so to do on behalf of all intended occupants.

2.2 - All bookings made by telephone must be confirmed by the agreement within 7 days, otherwise the property will be re-let.

2.3 - Bookings shall be definite only when 30% deposit of the total hiring cost has been made. Balance of payment shall be 2 months (at the latest) before projected date and shall be paid in full.

2.4 - The hirer shall be responsible for taking out the necessary holiday and cancellation insurance cover for the specified period.

3.1 - To provide the holiday property in a reasonable state of repair and equipped to a fair standard.

3.2 - To investigate any complaint made by the hirers and to deal with it as expeditiously as possible.

4.1 - To leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, particularly the kitchens and bathrooms.

4.2 - To make known to the owners any problems and complaints as soon as possible.

4.3 - To allow the owners or their agents access to carry out remedial repairs or work in answer to complaints.

4.4 - To report and pay for any damage or breakage's as soon as possible.

4.5 - Not to exceed the number of persons stated in the brochure or booking form.

5.1 - If there is a cancellation, the fact must be reported to the owner immediately and confirmed in writing within 4 days. The hirer must ensure that the insurers (under 2.4) are advised.

Please note that properties hired are not available for occupation until 3 p.m. on the holiday start date, and shall be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure.

Regretfully we have no facilities for pets at the moment.
