Mallards House (for 9 persons)

A gracious three storey house in the west wing of Glanteifi, facing south with views over the gardens and the estuary.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall, cloakroom/w.c., Sitting room, dining room, large kitchen.

First floor: Master bedroom with four-poster bed, dressing room with single bed and eu-suite bathroom.

Second floor: 2 twin bedrooms, double bed room, w.c. and bathroom.

Grebe Cottage (for 5 persons)

A spacious cottage adjoining Cormorant and Curlew Cottages. It has a large conservatory overlooking the estuary.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, open plan kitchen/dining room, large lounge with open fire.

First floor: Double bedroom with four-poster bed and wash-hand basin, bedroom with 3 single beds and wash-hand basins, bathroom.

Curlew Cottage (for 4 persons)

This cosy cottage adjoins Mallards House and Grebe Cottage.

Ground floor: Entrance porch, kitchen, spacious dining/sitting room.

First floor: double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom.

'PRIVATE SLIPWAY'

Cormorant Cottage (for 2 persons)

Set at the north end of Glanteifi, it adjoins Grebe Cottage and has glorious views of the sea and estuary.

Ground floor: Conservatory, entrance hall, cloakroom and w.c., double bedroom.

First floor: Kitchen, bathroom, sitting/dining room.

Every room in each property has a view over the estuary, and each property provides an electric cooker, a microwave oven, refrigerator, colour television and oil fired central heating. There is a shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble driers. Heating and electricity by £1.00 coin meters. All bed linen is provided.
